02

About the Service

We supply an IPTV and OTT streaming service that delivers live television, on-demand video and programme guide data over the internet to customers in Ireland and certain other territories.

Access is sold on a subscription basis and requires a compatible device and a player application. What is supported is described in our setup guide. The Service does not include hardware, player applications or broadband connectivity — those remain your responsibility.

We may modify, update or withdraw parts of the Service at any time, including channel lists, on-demand catalogues, programme guide data and app compatibility. Where it is practical to do so, we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

03

Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 and resident somewhere that accessing the Service is lawful. By subscribing you confirm both.

The details you give us at subscription — name, email address and phone number — must be accurate and current. Supplying false details to obtain a Trial or Subscription breaches these Terms.

Your Credentials are personal to you. They must not be shared, sold or passed to anyone else, and you are responsible for everything done using them. If you think they have been compromised, tell us immediately.

04

Subscriptions, Pricing and Renewal

Plans and pricing

Subscriptions are sold at the prices published on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Current plans:

Term1 Device2 Devices
1 Month€15€25
3 Months€30€45
6 Months€45€80
12 Months€80€130

Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, giving reasonable notice beforehand.

Manual renewal onlySubscriptions do not renew automatically. Nothing is ever charged without you deliberately buying a renewal. When your period ends, access stops until you purchase again. We may send a reminder before expiry, but we are not obliged to.

Activation

After payment, Credentials are normally sent to your registered email within a few minutes, and in every case within the time stated at checkout. If nothing has arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam folder before contacting support.

Free trial

Where a Trial is offered it runs for 24 hours and is limited to one per customer. Eligibility is checked against email address, phone number and device. Trying to obtain more than one Trial by supplying different details breaches these Terms. We may decline any Trial request at our discretion.

05

Refund Policy

Every paid Subscription carries a 7-day money-back guarantee on the service we provide. If it is not right for you, contact us within seven days of purchase and we will arrange a refund of your subscription. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

To request one, get in touch within seven days of your purchase date and include your name, the email address you used, and roughly when you bought.

What the guarantee does not cover

The guarantee applies to the service we supply. It does not extend to problems caused by things outside our control:

  • Faults with your own device — its age, available storage, or hardware condition.
  • Problems with the player application you chose, which is third-party software.
  • Network or connection issues — slow broadband, Wi-Fi drop-outs, or router problems.
  • Situations where the fix requires updating your player application and that update is declined.

In every one of those cases we will help you troubleshoot first. Most are quick to sort out.

A refund will also not be issued where the seven days have passed, where the request concerns a free Trial rather than a paid Subscription, where Credentials have been shared in breach of these Terms, where the Acceptable Use Policy in Section 7 has been breached, or where a refund has already been issued on the same or a linked account.

Your statutory rights are unaffectedYou may separately have a right to a refund or another remedy under Irish consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, where a digital service is not as described, not fit for its purpose, or not of the quality you were reasonably entitled to expect. Those rights stand on their own and are not capped by our seven-day commercial policy.

Full detail, including the step-by-step request process, is on our refund policy page.

06

Service Availability and Quality

We work to keep the Service running continuously and at high availability, but we do not guarantee it will never be interrupted. It may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, because of technical failure, because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or because content rights have changed.

Stream quality depends on factors we cannot control — the speed and stability of your broadband, what your device is capable of, and the network conditions between you and our servers. As a guide, we recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K.

Channel lists, the on-demand catalogue and programme guide data are all subject to change. Individual channels or titles may become unavailable when rights, licensing or infrastructure change. We aim to keep the offering consistent and high quality, but we cannot guarantee any particular channel or programme.

Where a significant, prolonged outage is attributable to us, you may be entitled to a pro-rata credit or an extension to your Subscription. Contact us if you experience an extended outage.

07

Acceptable Use Policy

Use of the Service is subject to the conditions below. Breaching any of them may lead to immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Permitted use

The Service is licensed for personal, private, non-commercial use. You may watch on your own devices, within your own household.

Prohibited use

You must not:

  • Redistribute the Service commercially.
  • Share your Credentials with anyone else.
  • Screen content publicly.
  • Record and redistribute content without permission.
  • Resell or sublicense access.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Abuse or interfere with our network or infrastructure.

Simultaneous connections

How many streams you may run at once is set by the plan you bought. Going beyond that limit may cause playback errors or temporary suspension. If you need more connections, contact us about moving to a suitable plan.

08

Intellectual Property

Everything delivered through the Service — live broadcasts, on-demand video, audio, programme guide data and associated metadata — is owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holders. Your Subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to view that content for personal, private use, subject to these Terms.

The brand, this website, its logos, design and original written content may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

Nothing in these Terms passes any intellectual property to you beyond the limited viewing licence described above.

09

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access immediately where we reasonably determine that you have:

  • Breached any part of the Acceptable Use Policy in Section 7.
  • Given false or misleading information when subscribing or requesting a Trial.
  • Attempted to obtain a further Trial having already used one.
  • Acted in a way that harms our infrastructure, other customers, or third-party rights holders.
  • Failed to pay an amount due.

Suspension or termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund of anything already paid. We will try to notify you by email, though this is not required where the breach is urgent or serious.

You may stop your Subscription at any time simply by not renewing. Because renewal is manual, no further action is needed to avoid future charges.

10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent Irish and EU law allows, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service — in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty or otherwise — will not exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost profit, revenue, income or anticipated savings.
  • Lost data or content.
  • Lost business, contracts or opportunities.
  • Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss.

Nothing here limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law.

11

Privacy and Data Protection

We handle personal data in line with Irish and EU data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act 2018. How we collect, use, store and protect it is set out in full in our privacy and cookies policy.

By subscribing you acknowledge that we will process your personal data as described there. To exercise any GDPR right — access, rectification, erasure or portability among them — contact us.

12

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Service falls to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring a claim where you live under applicable EU law.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us directly. Most concerns are resolved quickly and informally.

EU Online Dispute ResolutionEU consumers wishing to raise a complaint may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the Service, in the law, or in how we operate. Where changes are material we will update the date shown on this page and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers.

Continuing to use the Service after an updated version is published means you accept it. If you do not accept the revision, stop using the Service. We suggest checking this page periodically.
