Why streams buffer, what speed you need, and what to check on your own network first.
Buffering almost always comes down to the connection between your device and the internet, not the stream itself. The usual causes are a slow or unstable internet line, Wi-Fi congestion, low free memory on the device, or a lot of traffic hitting the same event at peak time.
On our side, standby backup servers take over automatically during peak load to keep playback steady. On your side, the checks below fix the large majority of cases.
As a rough guide: around 10–15 Mbps for Full HD, 25 Mbps or more for 4K, and a higher, steady line for 8K. A stable connection matters more than a fast one that drops — a consistent 30 Mbps beats a 200 Mbps line that fluctuates.
If a stream stutters, run through these before anything else:
Streams are delivered from nearby European nodes using high-bitrate HEVC encoding, which keeps quality high without overloading your line. When demand spikes — a big match night, for example — standby servers switch in automatically to absorb the load, so playback stays stable during exactly the windows that catch weaker setups out.
Peak events put pressure on everything at once — the servers and your local network. Our failover handles the server side. It is also worth checking your own line under that same load: home broadband often slows in the evening peak, so a wired connection or 5 GHz Wi-Fi makes a real difference on match nights.
Trials, payment, and exactly what the 7-day guarantee does and does not cover.
The trial runs for 24 hours with no credit card required. It gives you the full library so you can test quality and stability on your own device before you pay. You can start a free trial any time.
You arrange payment with us directly over WhatsApp when you choose a plan. No card is stored on file, so nothing renews automatically — when your term ends, you simply message us to continue. You can compare terms and prices on the pricing page.
Every subscription is backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee on the service. If it is not right for you, contact us within seven days of purchase and we will sort out a refund on your subscription.
What the guarantee does not cover. The refund applies to the service we provide. It does not cover issues caused by things outside our control:
In those cases we will always help you troubleshoot first — most are quick to resolve.
No. Because no card is held on file, nothing charges automatically. When your term is coming to an end we can remind you, and you renew only if you want to — there is nothing to cancel.
Yes. Message us and we will move you to a longer term or a two-device plan whenever you like. The full range is on the pricing page.
Guide updates, new additions, watching on more than one screen, and what devices work.
New films and series are added to the on-demand library regularly, and the live channel list is kept current. You do not need to do anything — updates appear on your next refresh.
The programme guide is driven by an EPG (XMLTV) feed that refreshes automatically. If your guide looks empty, add the EPG URL in your app's guide settings — there are step-by-step instructions in the setup guide.
It depends on your plan. A one-device plan streams on a single screen at a time; a two-device plan lets two screens watch at once. You can add or install on as many devices as you like — the plan only limits how many play simultaneously. Compare both on the pricing page.
Smart TVs, streaming sticks, hardware boxes, phones, tablets and computers are all supported. Whichever you use, setup is a matter of entering the details we send — the setup guide covers each one.
We provide your login credentials and playlist access. The player apps and boxes themselves are third-party software and hardware — you choose the one you prefer, and we help you point it at your account.
From Dublin, Cork, Galway and Limerick to rural connections around the country, households rely on us for stable streaming — held to a 99.9% uptime standard and backed by real support.
If your answer is not here, message us on WhatsApp — a real person will get back to you, in plain English, usually within minutes.
